As much as we wanted to be there, Amy, Aiden, and I won't be able to join everyone in Crane this weekend. I hope everyone has a great time, and we'll pray for safe traveling for all involved.

To those who are able to post during the weekend, please take a moment to drop in here and update the rest of us on how things are going. Some of us would enjoy following along from a distance if it's possible. We'd definitely like to hear everyone's report after the reunion. We plan to keep the site up and running indefinitely so everyone can continue to check in and keep in touch.

Take lots of pictures, and email what you have (during or after the reunion) to me here.

REUNION DINNER LOCATION CHANGED

On Saturday night, we will meet at the school cafeteria at 7 PM for a delicious barbeque dinner and dance. This will cut down our expenses and make the individual cost $20 for adults. We will still meet at Mr. Ifera's home on Friday night at 7PM, 800 S. Katherine and the Crane Park behind the pool on Saturday at 11:30 AM. If you're undecided feel free to email me to ask any questions at emandry@cox.net.

Josh sent this in:

This is Josh Covington reporting in, CHS class of 1993. I don't think I
will be able to make the reunion this year due to work, I am planning on
making the all school reunion next time. After high school I ended up
graduating from Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. I got my
B.S. in Agricultural Services and Development, Extension and Industry. I
ended up as a shop and warehouse foreman at a John Deere dealership in
Denton, TX. I worked at that location for almost four years. Just recently
I went to work at a John Deere dealership in Sherman, TX (C & S Equipment)
as the Service Manager. Because of the recent change I do not think I will
be able to make the reunion but I will try. I am single have no kids, and
no plans for either in the near future, e-mail me if you want to.

Dusty sent me a boat load of pictures. I'm posting some of them below. This isn't designed to be dominated by pictures of certain people, but we're just putting up what we get. Please let us know if you have photos that would be good for the site.

Something scout related: Dusty, Chad, Eric (I think), Andy's butt, Robert, Clinton, Scott, ?

8th Grade Football and Basketball Teams, 1988-89

(It looks like the photographer said, "everyone look miserable"....or maybe that's just how we all felt about playing for Coach Adams.)

I'm stealing all of these photos for the reunion. I figure if you're okay with them being online, then you're okay with them being at the reunion! Let me know if not!!!!! These are just too good to pass up - especially the early years!

WHAT!!!
It's been ten years already??? My goodness...it seems like it was just yesterday that I was trying to learn some English in Mrs. Pierce's class!
Well folks, I finally learned your language!! ;o) It took me awhile but now I can actually say that I know what you are all talking about. Not that I didn't know what the majority of you were saying, but it was the talking part that had me speechless! ;o)
It's great to know that the majority of you are doing great....as for me....I'm still enjoying life..every bit of it!
So where we are....ten years older and I bet we are a few pounds heavier (hehehe ;o) Anyways, I'm glad to know that the class of 93 has a place on the web, where we can keep in touch.
Talk to you all later!!!

Hi everyone! I just found out about the web site and everything a few days ago so I thought I would let everyone know
how things have gone for me. I moved to Longview in '96 and have lived in this area since. My family followed me that
summer. I did continue with my college when I got here, but I have not been able to finish yet. I have worked as a sub-
stitute teacher and in daycare the past 4yrs. I met and married my husband Chris in 2000 and we are expecting our first
child in July. We now live in a very small town outside of Longview and Chris has started a repair buisness here at the
house. I really wish I could see everyone at the reunion, but unfortunately with the baby so close I have to stay close
to home. I plan on sending the video I took the last two days and of graduation and I also have elementary annuals. It
is so much fun looking back!

It is good to hear from everyone and to know they are doing well. These pictures bring back memories that I have had locked away for many years. It will be good to get to see everyone and get caught up.

See everyone on the 20th. I will be in Crane on the 19th. If anyone wants to get together early, give me a call at my parents house.

This is from our last football game in 8th grade. Kermit beat us up. Good luck figuring out who's who. The easy ones are Chris Jeffery (23) and me (11) -- the biggest guy and the smallest guy on the team side by side.

Hey Class of 1993! I almost fainted when I recieved the reunion invitation in the mail....it's been that long & ...they found me! Since high school I have traveled alot, I've lived in El Paso, Dallas, Las Vegas & various cities in California. When I was in Vegas I met and fell in love with my husband, we have a two year old daughter Rylee and we are currently trying for another. We lived in a condo & just sold it and bought our first detached home, in Cali. I worked for Wells Fargo Bank as a Banker and realized how fast my little one was growing up and decided to stay at home with her and cherish this time while I still can (man...they grow fast!) My family is still in Crane, except my sister whom lives in Louisana and is engaged to a hockey player (I hope he has all of his teeth) I will be flying down and look forward to catching up with everyone.

As I was going threw my old things from High School I found a wallet full of pictures of our classmates....when we were in grade school!!!!! I was laughing at how most of has changed when we entered High School. I also found the newspaper that had everyone graduating!!! It also was cut in someplaces!

I thought I had more pictures of our high school years, but came up empty handed....so I'm hoping that the school saved those for us!!!!

It's fun to look back on those days. Kool (Robert Redman) has been contacted about the reunion, but we haven't gotten his official response yet. By the way, the RSVP list has boomed and is now over 50!!!!!! Those who had declined even shrunk as one person changed her mind and has decided to come! We still have lots of probably's and maybe's out there. I just again want to encourage you to come and enjoy a few hours together catching up! It's set up to be a relaxing, casual time to chat and enjoy each other's new families. I personally have to say it's been such a pleasure to talk to everyone, via phone or email, about the reunion and to no surprise mostly everyone has been so kind and actually excited to be contacted! Feel free to contact me about any questions, concerns, or hesitations you might have about the reunion! emandry@cox.net

Here are some photos from a long time ago, compliments of Elizabeth. If you have photos that are worth posting, send them here. Please try to make sure the files aren't unreasonably large so that the can be easily down- and uploaded.

Anyone know what happened to Cool (or is it Kool)? He was quite a cowboy...
